Ralf Schneider

In the past 29 years with Allianz Ralf has had several executive and leadership positions. Just until recently Ralf was Allianz Group CIO over the past 13 years. Since October 2023 Ralf is Allianz Senior Fellow and Head of Cybersecurity and Next-Generation IT Think Tank. In this role, Ralf is advising the board of Allianz-SE and Allianz Technology on future IT & security topics, as well as sharing his deep knowledge and experience with the next leadership team.

Besides his career at Allianz, Ralf Schneider holds senior mandates in several Cyber Security related organizations like “Cyber Security Sharing & Analytics (CSSA) e.V”.

He is also engaged as member of the Praesidium in the German Federal Association of IT Users (VOICE e.V.), as a senator of the National Academy of Science and Engineering (Acatech) and as an advisor of the German National research Center of applied Cybersecurity Athene.

Ralf Schneider graduated in mathematics and holds a doctor’s degree in computer science.

Stephanie Schoss

Stephanie Schoss studied at the University of St. Gallen, Singapore Management University and Harvard. She holds a PhD from RWTH Aachen University and is a Director of the Competence Center for Top Team Research at the Institute of International Management at the University of St. Gallen.
Besides her academic career, Stephanie is a passionate commercial and seaplane pilot and has been an active entrepreneur for the past 20 years – for which she was recognised as manager of the year in 2013 by Generation CEO.
Besides her professional life, she is a dedicated mother of 4 children and 4 step children and lives part of the year in New Zealand with her family.

Karl Gernandt

Chairman of Kühne Holding AG since 2008 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel Group since May 2016, Vice Chairman of Hapag-Lloyd AG.

Karl Gernandt started his career with Deutsche Bank after graduating with an MBA in business administration at the University of St. Gallen. He moved on to A.T. Kearney, focusing on strategic financial services projects, then to Alsen AG und Holcim, most recently as CEO of the Region Western Europe. From 2011 to 2016 Karl Gernandt was Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kühne + Nagel International AG, and has been Vice-Chairman since 2016. He is Chairman of the Kühne Holding AG.

Charles Brand

Jörg Kampmeyer

Joerg holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSC in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen (Germany). He started his career as management consultant with Roland Berger and Boston Consulting Group. In 2002 he joined Hilti, where he held various executive positions in corporate development, marketing and sales before getting appointed to the Group´s Executive Board in 2011, initially responsible for Finance (CFO), Corporate Development, IT and Human Resources. From 2017 to 2019 he headed, in addition to his CFO role, Hilti’s European business as well as the company’s global marketing and digital activities. As of January 2020, Joerg joined the German Knauf Group as General Partner and Co-CEO.

Lothar Harings

Since July 2023: Started a new phase of his professional life as winemaker and investor.

Before: Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of the Management Board of the Kuehne + Nagel Group for 14 years since May 1, 2009.

Before joining Kuehne + Nagel, he was a Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of the T-Mobile International Group for 7 years.

Lothar Harings has a law degree from the University of Trier.

Martin Baumüller

After earning a MSc/MBA from the Universities of St. Gallen and NTU Singapore, Martin completed his PhD at the University of Bern and started his career with McKinsey. In 2011, he joined Geberit as Head of Strategic Planning and, as of 2012, took over the responsibility for building up a new product category in Europe (Geberit AquaClean shower toilets). Since September 2016, Martin is a member of the Group Executive Board of Geberit and leads the division Marketing & Brands.
