Short CV

Before his retirement in August 2021, Paul was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Group Executive Board of Helvetia Insurance Group from 2007 -2020. Before that he was Head of Corporate Development and Capital Management at Winterthur Insurance Group between 2002-2007 and Head of External Reporting at Zurich Insurance Group between 2000-2002. Before that he worked for Zurich Insurance Group In other roles and for Price Waterhouse (now PwC) from 1983-1996 in London and Zurich.

Paul graduated from the University of Reading and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in London.
