C Talks GmbH only stores and processes your personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us for a specific purpose (for example, as part of a registration) or if this is necessary for technical reasons or to ensure a smooth connection or convenient use of this website. Our website is hosted by Clear Media AG (Badenerstrasse 47, Flüelastrasse 27, CH-8047 Zurich).

In order to optimise and maintain our website, we log technical errors that may occur when you access our website. Furthermore, when using this website, information is automatically collected that the browser of your end device transmits to our host provider. This is:

We collect and use your personal data in log files in order to enable a needs-based communication design with you via our website and in this respect have a legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data in order to conclude or fulfil a contract.
