John Bradley, Group Head of Human Resources, UBS
John F. Bradley was co-head of HR at JP Morgan prior to the firm’s merger with Chase in 2000. After the merger, he held a variety of senior HR leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase. Notably he was the International HR Executive for the firm, based out of London, from 2003 until the end of 2005. He then returned to the US to take on the global head of HR role, which he held until early 2009.
Lothar Harings, CHRO of Kühne & Nagel
Before joining Kühne & Nagel Lothar Harings held various national and international management positions with Siemens. He was also Member of the Management Board of T-Mobile International and responsible for Global Human Resources with T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom.
Dr Axel May, Partner at Hostettler, Kramarsch & Partner
Dr. Axel May is a leading specialist in risk and financial management, and a member of the founding partners at hkp///. In 2010, after more than 17 years in leadership positions in the area of finance and risk at companies such as Deutsche Bank and Allianz in Germany and the United Kingdom, ultimately working as Chief Financial and Risk Officer for a listed Swiss private bank, he joined Hostettler & Partner.

Stephanie Schoss studied Business Administration at the Universities of St.Gallen, Singapore Management University and Harvard. Since 2008, she has been working on her doctoral thesis about Entrepreneurial Teams at the RWTH University of Aachen. In 2003, Stephanie founded START Pioneers Club at the University of St. Gallen, a network for student entrepreneurs, which is active at several universities in Switzerland and Germany and counts several hundred members today. In 2004 Stephanie, co-founded 6S Asset Management together with Joachim Schoss. In 2009 she was one of the founders of ASK THE CIRCLE.
